Excellent overall experience. Extremely smooth ordering process, fast communication and well maintained stealth. Really impressed by the fast 5-6 day delivery time compared to others I've attempted to go too much with poor hand cramping is fast to set in. I sleep is incredible. Recovery after workouts felt like taking steroids and after 3 months the pad aged dramatically.

Had a small hiccup, was handled very professionally by customer service. Took about 3 weeks due to carrier hiccup. Responded immediately and issue was resolved within 48 hours.
