The most consistent data is around body composition and recovery, not anti-aging specifically. Where it gets overblown is the longevity crowd treating it like a cure-all. What it actually does well is improve sleep quality, reduce visceral fat and speed up tissue repair. That’s meaningful at 40+ but it’s not turning the clock back decades.
