The tissue repair science behind GHK‑Cu looks interesting anyone been following the actual published research on this?

The research is genuinely interesting. Most of the solid data comes from wound healing and collagen synthesis studies and that side holds up reasonably well. Where it gets thinner is the anti aging and hair regrowth claims which are mostly based on in vitro work rather than strong human trials. The copper peptide mechanism itself is legit though, it activates genes related to tissue remodelling and has decent anti inflammatory data behind it. Worth following but temper expectations on the cosmetic claims until more human data exists.

A lot of the evidence is still preclinical or small human studies so expectations should stay realistic

The collagen signaling angle is probably the most legit part of the research

Overall legit science behind it but hype still runs ahead of strong human evidence

For skincare it’s probably best viewed as supportive rather than revolutionary
