Data-wise most men actually stop within 6 months so long-term user feedback is kinda limited

The libido drop despite high test is the thing that catches people off guard. Clomid raises LH and FSH which drives test up but it also blocks estrogen receptors centrally, and over months, that anti-estrogenic effect starts showing up as low libido, mood issues, and brain fog even when numbers look fine on paper.

That’s why Enclomiphene has become more popular for longer protocols, it’s the active isomer without the zuclomiphene component which is responsible for most of those estrogenic side effects. Cleaner option if the goal is months not just a standard 4-6 week PCT.

Edvin’s point stands though. Without regular labs most guys are just guessing.
