What’s the longest break you’ve taken and still come back stronger?

had to take a month off during COVID recovery honestly thought I’d be weak but within 2 sessions I was back to baseline and my squat actually improved

I had surgery once and couldn’t train for a full month Surprisingly I regained strength quickly and actually came back stronger in some lifts due to the long recovery period
