Been adding L-glutamine post workout helps a ton with recovery and DOMS. Not a miracle but definitely feel less trashed the next day

I ran glutamine for a while too bro, honestly felt the same wasn’t life changing but recovery did feel a bit smoother. Some say it’s placebo, but if you feel better and it keeps you consistent, that’s a win. I still toss 5g in my shake just outta habit.
