Tracking Everything Worth the Hassle?

Meal prep, macros, training logs or steps… it’s OCD level. Do these trackers actually make a difference in gains/loss, or are they just stress fuel for the gym nerds?

Some of us are spreadsheet lifers 😂yes it help bt also yess it can stress you out. I track like a hawk on cut chill on bulk. Balance..man
