Most users stick to 8-12 weeks for Test E as it balances gains and side effects well some go up to 14 weeks but longer cycles usually need stricter monitoring and solid PCT plannings and shorter cycles can work too but you might not see full potential gains everything comes down to how your body responds and keeping health markers in check.

12 is the sweet spot imo long enough to grow but not overdo it
