Recovery Between Sessions.
Sometimes it feels like recovery is faster but youโre also training so hard that you use it all up
I recover quicker between sets but overall fatigue across the week is higher
Muscles bounce back fast joints and CNS not so much
Sleep improves recovery but the sessions get so intense that it balances out
I can train again sooner yet Iโm more drained by the end of the week
Local muscle recovery is great systemic recovery feels slower
DOMS is lower but mental burnout creeps in
Work capacity goes up but so does the grind
Iโm ready to lift sooner but Iโm accumulating more total stress
Between workouts I feel fine after 5โ6 days straight Iโm cooked
Cardio and conditioning lag even if lifting recovery is solid
