See sleep, stress & hormones play a huge role even  perfect diet and training won’t help if these are off.

Hard to say without knowing what you’re doing exactly. How’s your diet, training, cardio and sleep right now? That’ll make it easier to spot why fat loss might be stalling.

I eat lean meats, veggies, rice and oats make up most of my diet and Gym 4–5x/week cardio 2–3x/week & sleep 6–7 hrs still  fat loss is slower than expected.

Oky so progress has slowed try small tweaks and drop carbs slightly add 1–2 cardio sessions more or tighten meal timing bcoz sometimes small changes restart fat loss.
