Do you guyz back off training every few weeks or just push nonstop till you burn out?

Honestly man, a smart deload here and there saves you in the long run. If you’re constantly sore, joints aching, sleep trash, strength stalling, those are signs you need to back off a bit. Some dudes can push longer, but eventually your body forces the break anyway. I usually ease up every 6–8 weeks, drop the weight, focus on form, then come back stronger. Grinding nonstop sounds hardcore, but it’s usually a fast track to plateaus or injuries.

True that sometimes easing up is the fastest way to get stronger.,

I never plan deloads. If I feel good, I train. If I feel beat up, I’ll just skip a day or two. No point in taking a whole week off if the body ain’t asking for it.
