If you’re looking to seriously improve conditioning that sled push drag setup is gold  just crank the weight and sprint the distance

Switched to a prowler type sled for my finishers Ended up breathing harder than any cardio machine I’ve used

The cool thing about sled work is you can scale it however you like heavy & slow or light & fast depending on your goal

Don’t ignore form leaning too far feet too wide less power Keep the stance tidy and drive through the legs

Need to recover from leg day but still want work Use a lighter sled or prowler and go for steady pushes instead of max effort

Loading the sled heavy for short distances just changes the game for lower body strength AND conditioning together

Best part  low impact on joints compared to running or jumping but still super effective for conditioning and work capacity

If you’re tired of standard cardio a sled push circuit will definitely mix things up full body brutal in a good way

Hard to argue with the return-on-time 10-15 mins of sled work and you’re done for the session but you’ve hit strength, conditioning and core

My tip pick one movement push or pull for a set distance or time track your reps yardage and try to improve week to week Keeps it measurable
