Bro, when I ran my first cycle I just kept it super basic test only, nothing fancy. At first I thought the gear alone would do all the work, but once I locked in my meals (high protein, clean carbs, no skipping meals) and actually started sleeping 7–8 hours, the gains came way quicker. Even strength in the big lifts shot up, my bench went up by like 15–20 kg in a couple months. Honestly, the simple approach plus staying disciplined worked way better than trying to throw in a bunch of stuff right away.
